Founded in 1749, Justerini & Brooks is the oldest Wine & Spirits merchant in the UK. The owners, Diageo, asked us to help modernise the brand and turn it into a global luxury player in the online, retail and private client space.

Brand Positioning

'Life’s finest pleasures are developed over time but enjoyed in the moment. We believe in opening the bottle'. Based on this new brand positioning, we have helped reframe the fine wine and rare spirits business including; a complete digital transformation (with the objective of making online the primary business channel); creating a more contemporary and relevant identity - and then bringing it to life at every brand touch point - including advertising, visual merchandising and social media. The remit also extended to conceiving and designing a new club for private clients and a luxury sales and experiential space at No.41 Burlington Arcade.
