Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of Belstaff, asked us to review every aspect of the business from the clothing range to the pricing, to the distribution model - and the best way to re-launch the brand. With sales falling, we fundamentally re-positioned the iconic British biker brand and refined the clothing and accessories range to become "The essential outfitter for the modern adventurer'.
We took a creative and singular creative approach, in line with Belstaff’s authentic motorcycle heritage, to re-designing every aspect of the brand from the product range to the brand’s e-commerce platform and store concept. The project scope included a new artistic direction for the identity, campaigns, content, social. We also changed the pricing and enhanced the distribution model. The brand continues to go from strength to strength and is once more lauded as a great British brand.
