The Graff Book

Books & Publishing

The Graff family commissioned Brave New World to create a book tracing the fascinating career history of the London jeweller Laurence Graff, his debut and his creations, through texts and interviews by Vivienne Becker, Maria Doulton, Joanna Hardy, Nina Hald, Nicholas Foulkes, Joanne Harris, and a notable introduction by well known Suzy Menkes (Vogue). The book is edited by James Collard and Gill Morgan and art directed by Crispin Jameson. Published by Rizzoli.

This immersive coffee table book is the story of Laurence Graff and the House he has built, and a tribute to the creativity and talent of the designers, gem setters and craftspeople behind the jewels. Featuring beautiful photography (much of it commissioned and executed by Brave New World for the book) and personal images from the Graff family archive, Graff makes mesmerising reading for aficionados of High Jewellery. Laurence Graff’s passion for diamonds has been inspiring him to create the most fabulous jewels in the world for over three decades. The book, which took nearly two years to create, traces his story from his beginnings as an apprentice jeweller in the East End of London to his current position as the head of an empire of precious stones. Graff’s clients are Kings and Queens, Presidents and Prime Ministers, Oligarchs and Taipans. A true labour of love by the Graff family and the Agency.
